Yoga is returning to Church of The Ascension in March 2026.
Gentle Viniyoga, is taught by David, Port Perry’s experienced yoga teacher since 1989.
Classes are Tuesday 1:30 – 2:30 pm.
Ten classes are offered between March 31 and June 2.
Come to improve core strength, emotional and physical balance.
The 10 classes, one of which is free to try are $135. 15% of proceeds will go to Scugog Food Bank
