This past year Lakeridge Health updated it's Pastoral Care Visiting Policy.  Clergy and other church volunteers who offer visiting can no longer simply arrive for a visit upon hearing someone is in hospital.  We much expressly receive an invitation from either the patient or a member of the patient's family.  

This has been put into place so that patient's privacy is respected and unwanted visits do not happen.

So, if you are ever in hospital and would like a visit, please reach out to Ruthanne through email, text or phone.  If you cannot do so directly, let the hospital staff know and through the Spiritual Care department we will receive a call.
