It's that time of year again!  And you've likely read some of the many news articles about what is upon us.  Cold and flu cases are up, as are Covid cases.  This is a friendly reminder of what our expectations are around the church which I know many of you already acknowledge.

Even if you feel just a little bit unwell...

Please stay at home.  You can watch us online!

If you know you've been around someone who has tested postive for Covid...

Please take a few days away from others to be sure you haven't caught it as well.

If you are talking to someone who is masked at church...

Be cognizant that they are likely wearing a mask because they need to take extra precautions for health reasons.  If you feel like you are going to cough or sneeze, make sure there is lots of room in between you and others!

Though there is no mandate at present requiring us to wear masks indoors, if that does happen let us respond to it in a spirit of care and compassion for one another.  No one likes wearing a mask - that is a given.  But we love each other and it is our our call as followers of Christ to care for each other as best we can.

And last, but not least...

Let us be in prayer for our health care providers who once again are facing a lot pressure in our health care system as the weather gets colder.

Thank you!
