PWRDF's Wild Ride

The shocking news is that 100 million people are now displaced around the world - an unprecedented number.  They are refugees in their own country or refugees in a foreign land, and a huge percentage of them are children

The Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund has chosen to support the UNHCR’s campaign to raise money to help this world-wide crisis.  They have started a project called “Wild Ride” and they are looking for your help.

Here at Church of Ascension we have signed up to raise funds with our Book Table, a very simple project that everyone can participate in.   All you have to do is Buy a Book, Donate a Book.  There is a table in St John’s Hall, and the selection changes weekly.
