Mapping the Ground We Stand On

Church of the Ascension is being given an amazing opportunity to learn more about the history of Canada as it impacted the Indigenous Peoples of Turtle Island with a presentation at our church on  Saturday, October 18^th, noon to 4:00 p.m.  in St John's Hall. This interactive experience, sponsored by Alongside Hope (formerly PWRDF), invites us to reflect on the interwoven histories and ongoing relationships of Indigenous Nations and settlers on this land. Suitable for community residents 16 years of age and older, registration will close on October 14th, or when capacity is met.
