Last Sunday the homily was about what we are hungry for when it comes to matters of the soul.  Hopefully you find good food to feed your soul in a variety of places. Whether it is simply taking a moment of quiet, going for a prayerful walk or doing some reading and a bit of thinking, try to take 5 or 15 minutes each day to make sure your soul is getting some good nourishment.
