All those who are baptized and would normally receive communion in their own parish churches are welcome to receive at this altar. Those requesting a blessing only may also come to the altar crossing their arms across their chests to indicate their wish.

Closing Rite

Prayer after communion  Author of life divine, in the breaking of bread we know the risen Lord. Feed us always in these mysteries, that we may show your glory to all the world. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

Doxology Glory to God, whose power, working in us, can do infinitely more than we can ask or imagine. Glory to God from generation to generation, in the Church and in Christ Jesus, for ever and ever. Amen.
