Coldest Night of the Year!

An enormous thank you to everyone who supported North House on the Coldest Night of the Year, this past Saturday, February 26th.  We had 6 intrepid walkers who dutifully marched around the back roads of Port Perry for a good 5 kilometres and then ended up back at the Moon household for a warming bowl of chile and an even more warming drink.

Thanks to everyone who donated.  We raised $2430 to help North House, and, even more amazingly, North House, at last count, has raised $75,251.  They will have more than enough to install showers and laundry facilities in their office space with plenty of ideas of how to spend the extra.
